Ingredients:
Rice | 1 bowl |
Egg | 2 pcs |
Pea | 50 grams |
Carrot | Half root |
Corn | Half root |
Ham | 1 |
Soy Sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | 1 tablespoon |
How to make young chow fried rice
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Add an egg yolk to the egg and mix well.
3. Scramble the eggs and shovel them into pieces.
4. Blanch the peas, corn and carrots, remove and drain the water.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add ham and saute until fragrant.
6. Add peas, corn, carrots and fry until cooked.
7. Add rice and stir fry.
