Vegetarian dumplings are mainly dumplings with fresh vegetables as the main filling and various other seasonings. The most subtle thing about vegetarian stuffing is that although it is made of vegetarian dishes, its taste is no less than meat stuffing and meat stuffing.

- 1 Squash
- 2 Egg
- 3 Bamboo shoots
- 1 tablespoon Corn kernels
- 3 tablespoons Cabbage
- 2 teaspoons Five spice powder
- 2 sliced Ginger
- ½ cup Onion
Fry the eggs in the oil pan, pick them up, cut the bamboo shoots into hot water and blanch them, chop them together with the corn kernels, brush the carrots and zucchini, mince the shallots and ginger for later use, fry them together until soft, add salt and five spice powder seasoning.
Make purple cabbage juice, and flour into purple dough, rest for a while and roll the dough into strips for a good dose.
Roll out the skin and wrap it in the vegetarian filling.
Put in freezer to freeze.
