  • 2 Egg
  • 600 g Water
  • 2 tablespoons Corn starch
  • 50 g Corn kernels
  • 1 1 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • tablespoon Sesame oil


  • Put the peeled corn kernels into the pot, add 600g of water, and cook.
  • Mix cornstarch with water.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl for later use.
  • After the water boils, add the cornstarch water, stir and cook until it boils.
  • Turn down the heat, slowly pour in the egg mixture, stir while pouring, then turn off the heat immediately.
  • Add salt and sesame oil to taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion and drink it.
