  • 1 Chick light chicken about 2 catties
  • 3/4 bowl Soy sauce
  • 1/4 bowl Old soy sauce
  • 2 pieces Yellow flakes
  • 50 grams Crystal sugar
  • 6 pieces Ginger
  • 2 Onion
  • 500 ml Water


  • Put all the ingredients and sauces except the chicken into a deep pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
