Wash the pork belly and cut it into slices. Add the pork belly, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 3 slices of ginger and 3 bowls of clear water in a wok. Heat it until boiling and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer the pork belly on a basket and drain. Mix 2 large tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and 1 pinch sugar in a bowl.
Spread sliced ginger in a rice cooker. Add the pork belly, 1 green onion, 2 star anises and the sauce mixture in the rice cooker. Pour clear water that just enough to cover the pork belly. Cook with rice function.
Transfer them on a wok and add the starch water in the wok. Continue to cook it until the sauce has thickened. Serve it with white rice.
