How to make Taiwanese beef noodle soup
1. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the peppercorns, turn on a small fire, and fry until fragrant.
2. Then add coriander root, ginger slices, green onion (larger amount) and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Then add bay leaves, grass fruit, nutmeg, stir-fry until fragrant and stir-fry.
