Garlic Water Spinach Recipe

Water spinach | 400 grams |
Edible oil | 2 tablespoons |
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Soy sauce | ⅓ tablespoon |
Garlic | 4 cloves |
Millet pepper | 1 |
How to make Garlic Water Spinach
1. Ingredients preparation.
2. Wash and drain the water spinach, remove the old stems; chop the millet peppers, peel and mince the garlic cloves for later use.
3. Fangtai cooker is adjusted to 8 stages of fire, heat the pan and oil, pour in the millet pepper and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the spinach and stir fry quickly.
