Ingredients:
Pig trotters | 2 |
Salt | a little |
Ginger | 1 block |
Cooking wine | 3 teaspoons |
Old soy sauce | 1 teaspoon |
Yellow rock sugar | 1 teaspoon |
Cumin powder | 1 teaspoon |
Chili noodles | 1 teaspoon |
Cooked sesame | a little |
Chives | a little |
How to make Spicy Roasted Pig Trotters
1. Prepare all the ingredients, the pig’s [front] hooves must be cleaned and then split in half.
2. Cut the pig’s trotters into three sections, add salt, ginger slices, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and rock sugar.
3. Fully grasp and marinate for half an hour.
4. Put the marinated pork trotters on the grill.
5. Take out the roasted pig’s trotters, put them on a baking tray covered with oil cloth, sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder.
6. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
