50g Dried Sour Plum(乌梅)
20g Chenpi / Dried Orange Peel (陈皮)
10g Dried Hawthorn(山楂)
10g Dried Hibiscus Flower(洛神花)
3g Dried Osmanthus Flower(桂花)
100g Rock Sugar
How to make Sour Plum Drink (Suanmeitang)
1. Preparation all of the ingredients.
2. Wash everything except rock sugar and osmanthus.
3. Put them in a non-woven bag.
4. Put the bag in a pot, pour 2 liters of water and soak for about an hour.
5. Prepare Rock sugar.
6.Bring the soaked ingredients to the boil over high heat, then simmer for about 40 minutes.
7. Pour in rock sugar and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the dried osmanthus.
8. Pour Sour Plum Drink into a glass, wait for it to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate in the refrigerator for better taste.

- 2 L Water
