You’ll Need:
One silver fungus
Some Red dates
Some Rock sugar

How to Make Snow Fungus Soup
1. Remove the tip of the silver fungus, soak in cold water for 2 hours, tear up and set aside.
2. Several red dates, washed, pitted and sliced, prepare icing sugar, set aside.
3. Put the soaked silver fungus into a casserole dish, add cold water, the ratio of silver fungus to water is about 1:5.
4. Boil on high heat and continue to cook on high heat for 10 minutes
5. Quickly stir clockwise with chopsticks for 20-30 seconds
6. After the quick stirring is done, add dates and rock sugar, simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours
