What is shrimp dumplings
Shrimp Dumplings Recipe is a Chinese delicacy that has become very popular in the United States, Canada and other countries where it is available.
The name of this dish comes from the fact that these are made with small pieces of dough filled with minced shrimp meat. This recipe can be prepared using any type of flour or starch as long as you have enough moisture for the dough to hold its shape.
You can use either fresh or frozen shrimp. If you want to make your own shrimps, then you will need to cook them first. Once cooked, remove the shell and mince the meat.
These are great served on their own or with steamed rice. They also go well with plain white rice or noodles.
