How to make sha cha beef
1. Add all the marinades, 1.5 spoons of shacha sauce, 0.5 spoons of light soy sauce, 0.5 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of starch, 1 gram of baking soda powder, and mix well.
2. After grasping, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, grasp again, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
3. Boil a pot of boiling water, add a few drops of oil, add the okra, and cook until the bottom is placed on the plate.
