What is salt and pepper squid
The name comes from the combination of two ingredients, salt and pepper. This dish has become very popular in China because of its delicious taste and unique appearance.
The main ingredient of this dish is squid. There are many kinds of squid, but the most common one is called “salt and pepper squid”.
Salt and pepper squid can be eaten as an appetizer or as a side dish.

Ingredients:

Onion | 1/4 |
Salt | a little |
Pepper | a little |
Starch | 2 tablespoons |
Egg | One |
Green pepper | 1/4 |
Small red pepper | 2 |

How to make salt and pepper squid
1. Prepare squid whiskers, eggs and cornstarch, add a little salt and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
2. Dip the squid whiskers in eggs and then wrap them in cornstarch.
3. Fry it in the oil pan, don’t fry it for too long, otherwise the squid will not taste good when it is old.
4. Don’t forget to absorb the oil with absorbent paper after frying, it’s more healthier.
5. Dice the onion, green pepper and small red pepper, then chop the green onion.
6. Put a little oil, add those cloves and saute until fragrant.
7. Add squid, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
8. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and you’re ready to go.
9. Serving.
