Ingredients:
Sa cha sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Drumstick | 2 |
Soy Sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
How to make sa cha chicken
1. Clean and chop the chicken.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of sa cha sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce chicken sauce, and marinate with a little salt for 20 minutes.
3. Add a spoonful of cornstarch and mix well.
4. Add oil to a frying pan , spread chicken and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
5. Use a small bowl, 1 tablespoon of sa cha sauce and 3 tablespoons of water, pour into the pot, add 1 teaspoon of rock sugar powder, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Out of the pot.
