Pork Ribs Stewed with Beans and Potatoes
- Soak the pork ribs in blood water (because mine are frozen pork ribs, you can skip this step for fresh ones)
- Pick and wash beans
- Three cloves of garlic, two cloves cut into cubes, one clove minced
Cut green onions into sections - Heat the oil slightly, stir-fry the beans first and then remove them.
- Heat the oil in the pan again and add the pork ribs
- Stir-fry until golden brown, add the prepared onions, garlic and dried chili peppers, add a little pepper noodles and ginger powder (you can add ginger slices if possible, I don’t like ginger)
After the ingredients are also stir-fried, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, and one spoon of dark soy sauce to adjust the color. - Add a lot of boiling water to cover the ribs, add three or four rock sugar and simmer together for at least 40 minutes to an hour.
- When about one-third of the water is left, add beans and potatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes. At this time, you can add salt to taste.
- After the beans and potatoes are soft and mashed, reduce the juice over high heat
Add the minced garlic prepared earlier, stir-fry, and remove from the pan
Tips
Beans must be stewed, otherwise they will be poisoned
Add minced garlic to the pot, the flavor will sublimate
