What is peanut candy
Peanuts also known as groundnuts or peanuts. The word “peanut” comes from the Spanish word panaca, which means “groundnut”.
Peanut candy is basically a sweetened roasted peanut paste. It differs from other types of candies because it contains no sugar. Instead, it relies on natural ingredients such as honey, molasses, and cocoa powder.
The process of making peanut candy involves roasting peanuts until they turn brown. Then, the roasted peanuts are blended with various sugars and spices. This mixture is then poured into molds and allowed to cool down before being cut into pieces.
