Starch | 1/2 tablespoon |

Soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Minced garlic | 2 cloves |
How to make pan fry tofu
1. Make a bowl of sauce: add a spoonful of minced garlic, two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of starch, and three spoons of water into the bowl and mix it for later use.
2. Preparing ingredients: tofu cut into pieces, one egg, appropriate amount of starch.
3. Tofu coated with starch.
4. Coated with egg wash.
5. Put the tofu in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
6. Pour in the seasoning sauce and stir fry for a while.
7. Add parsley and onion.
