How to make oyster sauce lettuce that is more delicious than meat
- I bought two heads of lettuce at the market for 4.5 yuan.
- Cut off the heads of lettuce.
- Clean well.
- Drain.
- Cut eight cloves of garlic into minced pieces.
- Then prepare a bowl of soul sauce: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, add half a bowl of water, stir evenly, and the soul sauce is ready!
- Bring water to a boil in the pot, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add lettuce.
- Blanch for one minute.
- Use chopsticks to arrange neatly.

- Boil the soup until it bubbles like in the photo, then turn off the heat.

Tips
If you don’t have pepper, you can leave it out! You don’t have to put any sugar if you don’t have it!
