Noodles Dry Recipe
Ingredients:
Fresh noodles | 250 grams |
Sour cowpea | 1 teaspoons |
Pickled radish | 1 teaspoons |
Cooked peanuts | ⅔ tablespoon |
Tahini | 2 tablespoons |
Ginger water | 2½ tablespoons |
Soy sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Sesame oil | 1 tablespoon |
Chili oil | ⅔ teaspoons |
Salt | ⅓ teaspoons |
Sugar | ⅔ teaspoons |
Black pepper powder | ⅓ teaspoons |
Tips & Variations
When making hot dry noodles, try to choose alkaline water noodles, if not, you can use other noodles instead.
How to make Noodles Dry
1. Put sesame paste, light soy sauce, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sugar, salt, black pepper powder and ginger water into a bowl in sequence, stir well and set aside.
2. Boil the water, add fresh noodles, cook for 5-7 minutes, remove.
3. Drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with cooked peanuts, sour cowpea and pickled radish.
4. Stir well.

- ⅓ teaspoons Salt
- ⅔ teaspoons Sugar
- ⅓ teaspoons Black pepper powder
Instructions
