Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
White jade mushroom | 100 g |
Garlic | 3-5 cloves |
Millet spicy | 3-5 |
Scallions | 20 g |
Soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Cooking wine | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | 1/3 teaspoon |
White Pepper | 1/3 teaspoon |
How to make Mushroom Stir Fry
1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture ~ the scallions are white and the scallions are opened separately.
2. Boil the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes after boiling the pot.
3. When blanching the water, adjust the sauce: a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, 2 grams of white pepper, 2 grams of salt.
