How to make mongolian beef
1. The beef tenderloin selected for beef is cut into strips, soaked in cold water for about four hours, and the water is changed 3–4 times in the middle!
2. Control the excess water of the beef strips, add all the seasonings according to your own preferences and mix well!
3. Put it in an airtight bag or airtight box and refrigerate for more than 8 hours! Pickled and delicious!
4. Use a toothpick to skewer one end of the beef strips and place them evenly on the grill!
