Lao gan ma recipe
You’ll need:
180g beef
180g fermented soya beans
50g dried chili
100g chili oil
1 tablespoon white sesame
Ginger, minced
1 tablespoon sugar
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
How to make Lao Gan Ma
1. Cut beef into diced pieces and cut dried chili into pieces.
2. Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the ginger and dried chili under low heat until fragrant. Add beef and continue to stir-fry under middle heat for 1 minute until the moisture in the beef is fried out.
3. Turn the fire down, and continue to fry it under low heat until light yellow. Add chili oil, fermented soya beans, 1 tablespoon of sugar and white sesame in the wok. And stir-fry it for 2 minutes. Serve it with cooked rice.
