What is kung po shrimp
Kung Po Shrimp is a type of freshwater prawn found in China. The name comes from its resemblance to the Chinese martial art called Kung Fu. In America, these prawns are often served fried or steamed. They are also commonly eaten raw in salads.

Kung po shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
Fresh Shrimp | 18 pcs |
Green onions | 3 pieces |
Garlic | 15g |
Huang Fei Red Peanuts | 60g |
Dried chili | 3 pcs |
Sichuan peppercorn | 1g |
Chili powder (you can leave it alone) | 1g |
Starch | 5g |
Salt | 2g |
Cooking wine | 15ml |
Sugar | 20g |
Vinegar | 15g |
Soy sauce | 3g |
Tips & Variations
How to make kung po shrimp
1. Shrimp peeled and prawn thread, garlic slices, green onions diced.
2. Juice adjustment: prepare a small bowl, put 20g sugar, 15g vinegar, 6g cooking wine, 3g light soy sauce, 3g grapefruit, 1g salt, 2g starch, 15g garlic flakes.
3. Put 1g salt, 3g starch and 5g cooking wine on the shrimps and marinate for 5 minutes.
4. The oil is 70% hot, fry for 2 minutes and remove for use.
