Huanan Chicken is a type of Hunan cuisine from China. Huanan Chicken is usually served with rice or noodles. The dish consists of meat, vegetables, and sauce. There are several types of Hunan Chicken, depending on the region where they are prepared. One of these varieties is called “Hunan style” which means that it has more ingredients than just chicken and vegetables. Some other names for this variety include: “Sichuan Style”, “Chiang Mai Style”, “Thai Style”, etc.
Huanan Chicken can be found in many restaurants across America. It is also very popular in Canada and Mexico. However, it is not as common in Europe.

How to make hunan chicken
1. Boneless the chicken thighs and cut them into diced meat, don’t cut them too small, or make them smaller if they don’t shrink.
2. Moderate amount of salt.
3. Appropriate amount of pepper powder.
4. Appropriate amount of oil.
5. Stir well.
