Starch | a little |

How to Make Homestyle Tofu
1. Prepare a piece of tofu and cut into small pieces
2. Appropriate amount of starch, 2 eggs beaten
3. A tablespoon of minced garlic, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of sugar
4. A pinch of salt
5. Finally, add a spoonful of starch 200ml drinking water and mix well
6. Tofu is first coated with starch and then with egg
7. Fry until golden on both sides
8. Heat the oil in a pan, add the minced garlic. Stir-fry the chili pepper and add the fried tofu and stir-fry a few times.
Pour in the seasoning, reduce the heat to low and reduce the sauce. Sprinkle with green onions. Delicious homemade tofu is ready to be served.
