What is Fish Tofu
Fish tofu, also known as fried fish cakes, is made of fish meat as the main material. It is minced into mashed meat with other accessories and extruded into blocks. It is cooked and fried. It has a good appearance of golden yellow and can eliminate fishy odor. The taste is favored by people.
Fish Tofu Recipe
Ingredients:
dragon fish | 500 grams |
Tapioca Flour | 1 tablespoon |
cooking wine | ½ tablespoon |
soy sauce | ½ tablespoon |
pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
salad oil | ½ tablespoon |
Tips & Variations
1. I used longli fish fillet without fish bones. When using other fish meat, be sure to pick out the fish bones. I have a small amount of fish meat. It is best to use 2 large pieces of about 500 grams, and the machine is also easy to stir. Beat, but this kind of fish meat can be used with a stirring rod.
2. Tapioca starch can make the taste more elastic, and other starches can be used instead.
How to make Fish Tofu
1. Wash the fish, and remove the thorns. I used the fish of Longli fish.
2. Use kitchen paper to absorb the water.
3. Cut the fish into small pieces. It is best to remove the attached film.
4. Add some cooking wine, a little salt and pepper.
5. Pour the fish into the mixing cup of the wall breaker.
6. Cover the lid and plug in the power supply, select the stirring button, and the machine starts to work.
7. This is the whipped fish paste, very delicate.
8. Add a little tapioca starch and soy sauce.
9. Stir in one direction by hand.
10. You can use any mold that can be put into the oven, brush a little oil inside, pour the fish paste into the mold, scrape the surface and compact it.
11. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
12. Take out after baking.
13. Cool and demould, cut into small pieces, children can eat.
14. I also set up a small oil pan, heat the right amount of oil, and put in the fish tofu.
15. Fry until golden brown.
