What is Cumin Thin Noodles
Cumin Thin Noodles is a home-cooked dish, which uses noodles as the main ingredient and cumin as an auxiliary ingredient to assist in cooking.
Cumin Thin Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
Egg | 1 |
Thin noodles | 600g |
Soybean sprouts | 100g |
Carrot | 50g |
Onion | 50g |
Scallion | 1 tablespoon |
Ginger | 1 slices |
Garlic | 1 clvoes |
Cumin powder | ½ teaspoon |
Chili noodles | 1 teaspoon |
Red oil | 1 tablespoon |
Soy sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Tips & Variations
Soybean sprouts must be made mature before they can be eaten. They can be replaced with mung bean sprouts for easy production.
How to make Thin Noodles
1. Prepare the materials used.
2. Add a little oil to the pan and add the onion, ginger and garlic slices.
3. Sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the chili noodles.
4. Stir fry until fragrant and red oil comes out.
5. Put in the bean sprouts and stir-fry with Auntie Zhu.
6. After the bean sprouts are fried and broken, add onions, carrots, and lotus white.
7. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, soy sauce and stir fry evenly until cooked.
8. Put in the thin noodles and continue to stir fry evenly, slightly fragrant from the pot residue.
9. Sprinkle _ on top of cumin, pour red oil out of the pan, stir-fry and place on a plate.
10. Pour a little oil into the pan, beat an egg and fry it until cooked.
11. After the egg is fried, cover it with the fried noodles_ and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
A delicious cumin fried noodles is ready!
