How to make chinese roast pork
1. Wash the pork and dry it with kitchen paper. The size of the cuts is about 1.5-2 cm. The pork is well cooked and not easy to shrink. The big pieces of meat are enjoyable.

2. Add Korean chili sauce, salt, lemon juice, and marinate for more than 1 hour after grasping it well.

3. Wash and soak bamboo sticks in water for 20 minutes
