What is hand pulled noodles
Hand Pulled Noodles (HPN) is a type of Chinese food made from wheat flour dough that is boiled and then cut into thin strips. The noodles are usually served with a variety of toppings such as vegetables, meat, seafood, etc.
Hand pulled noodles has become very popular in the United States because of its low price and high quality. In addition, it is also a great way to get kids excited about their meals.

Tips & Variations
When placing the noodles, be sure to put oil on it to prevent sticking, otherwise it will stick and make you doubt your life.
How to make hand pulled noodles
1. Pour the flour into the mixer.
2. Add appropriate amount of water, salt and oil, turn on gear 3 and knead into a dough. If you don’t have a mixer, you can knead it by hand.
3. Knead into a smooth dough.
4. Knead into long strips and cut into small pieces.
5. Put the dough on a plate.
6. Cover the baking sheet with cling film and grease well to prevent sticking.
7. Roll each small piece into a long strip and place it on the baking sheet, as shown in the picture.
8. Keep swinging.
9. My baking pan is small and has already been placed in three layers.
10. Set up. Just burn it right after.
