What are fried chicken feet?

Ingredients:
Chicken feet | 20 pieces |
Cooking wine | 2 tablespoons |
Egg | 4 |
Salt | A small amount |
Flour | A small amount |
Oil | Soaked chicken feet |
Grass fruit, star anise, pepper | 1 piece |
Chicken Essence | 1 tablespoon |
Sliced ginger | A few slices |
4 Tips for Fried Chicken Feet
1. Do not add water to the egg liquid and flour, otherwise the wrap will be unstable.
2. When cooking, add cooking wine to get rid of fishy.
3. Remember to change the fire to low when frying, otherwise it will be mushy.
4. If you like to eat chewy, you can just fry it without cooking.
How to make golden fried chicken feet
1. Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails. Put it in water, add pepper, grass fruit, ginger, star anise, cooking wine, salt, soak for half an hour, and cook for five minutes.
2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir. Add flour and stir well. Note that you must not add water. The flour must be stirred well.
3. Add the cooked chicken feet and coat with egg noodles.
4. Put it in the pot. First big fire, then low fire until golden.
