How to make fried calamari
1. Wash the squid, scrape out the internal organs and discard, remove the eyes and cut the squid into quarters. (In order to look good, you can remove the coat and peel it off directly.) Cut the cleaned squid into rings, mix it with all the seasonings, and marinate for about ten minutes.
2. Coat a layer of starch in order, then a layer of egg liquid, and finally evenly coated with bread sugar.
3. Just like in this order, don’t mess up the order. I sometimes deserted and messed up the order.
4. Put in the air fryer, lined up neatly.
5. Use a brush to brush a thin layer of oil. If you don’t put tin foil, the oil will slowly leak into the frying basket during the baking process. The time is 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
6. It smells so good.
7. What a beautiful circle.
