What is Flat Noodles
Common noodles can be roughly divided into two types: flat noodles and thin noodles. Many people feel that there is no difference between the two types of noodles, but the shape is different. Actually there is a big difference between them.
As for the thin noodles, they are long, thin, and cylindrical. These noodles are more resistant to cooking and taste more glutinous. It is usually used to make soup noodles or cold noodles, such as steamed braised noodles, boiled longxu noodles, etc.

Flat Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
All purpose flour | 350 grams |
Egg | 3 (about 150 grams) |
Yolk | 2 |
Salt | 1 g |
How to make Flat Noodles
1. Mix the ingredients evenly, form a dough and wake up for 15 minutes.
2. The noodles press machine, after press 5 times of thickness of level 1, level 2 to level 4 are pressed twice each time.
3. Cut the noodles into wide noodles with the noodle cutter, and let them dry on the noodle rack for 15 minutes.
