2 tomatoes
3 eggs
20g green onion
2 tablespoons ginger, finely minced
3 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
How to make Eggs and Tomatoes
1. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic. And cut the tomato into middle cubes.
2. Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry eggs. Transfer it on a bowl. And heat the wok with again. Stir-fry the ginger, garlic and green onion until fragrant.
3. Add the tomato in the wok and stir-fry it under high heat for a few times. Then, add eggs, 1 tablespoon of ketchup and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Sprinkle 1 pinch of salt, sugar and green onion in the wok. Transfer it on a plate and serve.
