How to make eggs and rice
1. Pound the cooked rice with a rice spoon for a few minutes while it is still hot, the rice is sticky and better for shaping the rice balls! Cut small pieces of vermicelli to make the tail and whiskers of the mice.
2. Cut ham sausage into small round slices, chopped green onion and beaten egg with salt for use.
3. Place a spoonful of rice in the plastic wrap and spread it out, put the tuna in the middle and squeeze the salad dressing on it.
4. Lift up the plastic wrap and wrap the rice ball tightly to form a ball.
