Soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |
Mature vinegar | 2 tablespoons |
Oyster sauce | 1 tablespoon |
White sugar | 1 teaspoon |

How to make eggplant stir fry
1. Have all the ingredients ready.
2. Diced eggplant
3. Green peppers, chopped garlic.
4. 1 spoon of dark soy sauce ➕ 2 spoons of light soy sauce ➕ 2 spoons of vinegar ➕ 1 spoon of oyster sauce ➕ 1 spoon of white sugar mix well.
5. Put twice as much oil in the wok as usual.
6. Fry the eggplant until golden.
7. Leave the oil in the pan, saute the minced garlic until fragrant.
