Egg Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:
Japanese tofu | 200g |
Fresh shrimp | 15 |
Salt | 2g |
Cooking wine | 3 teaspoons |
Haricot vert | 15 pieces |
Soy sauce | 2 teaspoons |

Starch | 1.5g |
Water | 3 tablespoons |
How to make egg tofu
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Pick out the shrimp thread, remove the shell, take out the shrimp, put the shrimp in salt and cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes;
