How to make Corn egg drop soup recipe
1. Put the peeled corn kernels into the pot, add 600g of water, and cook.
2. Mix cornstarch with water.
3. Beat the eggs in a bowl for later use.
4. After the water boils, add the cornstarch water, stir and cook until it boils.
5. Turn down the heat, slowly pour in the egg mixture, stir while pouring, then turn off the heat immediately.
6. Add salt and sesame oil to taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion and drink it.
