Bamboo shoots | 300 grams |

Oyster sauce | 1 tablespoon |

Sesame oil | 1 teaspoon |
Oil | 6 teaspoons |
How to make Cold Bamboo Shoot
1. Bamboo shoots bought on pdd are very tender. It is best if you can buy fresh ones.
2. Beat with a knife, the bamboo shoots can be torn directly if they are broken.
3. Tear up a plate of bamboo shoots.
4. Boil a pot of water, add bamboo shoots after the water boils, and continue to cook for one minute after boiling.
5. The boiled bamboo shoots are removed and dried, and then the sauce is made.
6. Heat oil in a pan, turn to low heat.
7. Saute minced garlic.
8. Add a spoonful of chopped chilli and saute until fragrant.
9. Add a spoonful of oil and half a spoon of soy sauce, because my chopped peppers are salty enough, so I don’t need to add salt, and I also need less soy sauce. Keep stirring on low heat for about 2-3 minutes. You can use chopsticks during this time.
10. Finally, pour the fried sauce on the bamboo shoots, drizzle a spoonful of sesame oil, and serve.
