Chinese sausage fried rice recipe
You’ll need:
1 bowl cooked rice
5 egg yolks
1 green onion
3 Chinese sausages
Green vegetables
Olive oil
How to make Chinese sausage fried rice
1. Chop the green onion and green vegetables, cut the 3 Chinese sausages into small pieces. Beat egg yolks well in a bowl with a whisk.
2. Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry Chinese sausages for a while. Transfer it on a bowl. Add the green onion in the wok and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add cooked rice and continue to stir-fry it under small heat until soft. Add Egg yolk liquid.
4. Quickly stir-fry rice and egg mixture under middle heat until each rice is covered with egg liquid. Add the Chinese sausages.
5. Stir-fry the Chinese sausages with rice well. Season the rice with salt.
6. Add the vegetables, turn off the fire and continue to stir-fry the rice with vegetables. Serve it with seaweed soup.
