How to make chinese crispy fried shrimp
1. Shelled shrimp, tails kept.
2. Cut a knife on the back, don’t cut it to the end, remove the shrimp line, and pat the shrimp with the back of the knife until the shrimp is flat.
3. Add onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt and pepper to the processed shrimp, stir well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
4. Prepare bread crumbs, cornstarch, and eggs.
