Chicken Curry is a dish made with chicken, potatoes, curry, carrots, onions and other main ingredients. It has a salty, fresh, slightly sweet, spicy and a strong curry taste.

Chinese curry chicken recipe
You’ll need:
2 chicken breast
2 onions
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 cup milk
1 bowl black sesame
1 box curry
How to make Chinese curry chicken
1. Wash and cut the chicken breast, onions, carrot and potatoes into small pieces. Marinate chicken breast with a little salt and starch in a bowl for a while.
2. Heat a wok with oil, add potato and carrot in the wok. Stir-fry them until color change. Transfer them on a plate. Heat the wok with oil again, pour the chicken breast and onions in the wok.
3. Stir-fry them until chicken becomes white, add the potato and carrot. Continue to cook for a while. Pour enough clear water in the wok until cover the food ingredients. Add 1/3 box of milk and cook until the sauce has stickiness. Transfer them and cooked rice on a plate. Sprinkle some black sesame and serve.
