Chicken with garlic sauce is a delicious dish that has become very popular in recent years. This recipe is simple and quick to prepare.
I remember being so excited about eating leftover food on Monday morning because we didn’t eat out often back then. But after finishing off all the deliciousness, I couldn’t wait to go home and make myself another plate. The flavors were incredible!
This recipe is inspired by my childhood memories of chicken with garlic sauce.

How to make chicken with garlic sauce
1. Directly buy a no-cut and no-wash chicken thigh strip (300g), even the deboning is saved.
2. Add 2 grams of crushed black pepper, 2.5 grams of sea salt and a teaspoon of minced garlic to the chicken thigh strips, then put them in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
3. Peel the garlic!
4. Cut 12 cloves of garlic across the middle, and divide the 6 mushrooms into four.
Cut the parsley and thyme into pieces (if you don’t have parsley, you can substitute regular celery and cilantro, but don’t use large parsley).
5. Add some olive oil to the hot pan, pour in the garlic cloves and fry until golden brown and remove.
6. Pour in the marinated chicken thigh strips and fry over high heat. The pan can be tilted slightly to achieve a frying effect.
7. Fry until golden brown.
8. When the chicken thighs are fried until golden brown, add the mushrooms, fried garlic cloves and parsley and thyme.
Grind a little sea salt and black pepper, and stir fry evenly over high heat.
9. Add white wine to half of the chicken (about 150ml), bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Don’t dry up the soup, it’s extremely delicious for dipping in bread!
10. Garnish with parsley after serving.
11. Make some “Drunken Concubine” by the way.
12. Pairing: Hokkaido toast, in Spanish garlic chicken is usually paired with baguette.
I combined the taste of two consumers in our family with the fluffy Hokkaido toast and cold double silk.
