Ingredients:
Chicken breast | 1 block |
Snow peas | 50 grams |
Carrot | 1/4 |
Purple cabbage | 1/4 |
How to make chicken lo mein
1. Wash the chicken breast and slice it.
Then add cooking wine ➕ soy sauce ➕ pepper ➕ corn starch and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare the side dishes, remove the gluten of the snow peas, peel and shred the carrots, and shred the purple cabbage.
3. Boil water in a pot, add noodles after the water boils.
Cook until noodles are cooked, remove from cold water, drain and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a wok, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Then add the chicken breast and fry until it changes color.
5. Add a small amount of cooking oil to the pot.
Add snow peas and carrots and stir fry evenly.
6. Add chicken breast and purple cabbage and stir fry evenly.
7. Pour in the noodles, stir-fry evenly, add soy sauce ➕ salt ➕ sugar to taste, and serve on a plate.
