Cooking wine | a tablespoon |
Oyster sauce | a tablespoon |
Light soy sauce | two tablespoons |
Old soy sauce | a tablespoon |
Ginger | four slices |
Garlic | two petals |
Salt | Moderate |
White sugar | a little |
Pepper | Moderate |
Cooking wine | a tablespoon |
Starch water | half bowl |
How to make bourbon chicken
1. Chicken thigh meat, chopped into small pieces for more flavor
2. Add two tablespoons of starch water, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, ginger slices, pepper powder, one tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of sugar, and salt to marinate for fifteen to 20 minutes.
3. Green peppers cut into pieces, garlic smashed.
4. Diced potatoes.
5. Hot oil, a little sugar, fried sugar.
6. Add the potatoes and fry for a while.
7. Add water.
8. Drizzle with starch water, add green peppers, turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.
