This soup has a rich flavor, with the mixed aroma of vegetables and beef combined with the slightly sour taste of tomatoes.
It is a good soup to restore appetite in hot summer and can be eaten with bread.

Tips
The onions and butter must be sautéed for a longer time to make the soup more fragrant.
When frying oil noodles, you must control the heat, otherwise it will be fried. The purpose of adding oil noodles is to increase the thickness of the soup. I don’t know much about how to stir-fry noodles in oil, so I hope you guys can make more corrections and additions.
I had just returned from Harbin for a few days, but I was just participating in my sister’s wedding, but I was extremely sleepy. I slept hard for two days before I recovered. It seemed to be related to the lack of exercise. Although I am not from Harbin, I have had an inseparable affection for this city since I was a child. When I was a child, I would go to Harbin to meet my sister during the winter and summer vacations. When I was in college, I went to Harbin with my boyfriend to take the exam. After four more years, my grandson still I have a home there and a large number of classmates and friends, so I have more reasons to go back often.
In fact, what we often miss, and the two of us drooled over when we mentioned it, are the Russian-style delicacies in Harbin. We were in such a hurry when we came back that we didn’t have time to buy anything. It was a pity. How much I miss Harbin’s Harbin sausage, kvass, Qiulin bar, Madier’s yogurt and popsicles, fresh draft beer, and Russian and Western food! So today I’m going to make a simple version of borscht to comfort myself.
