What is boiled beef
Boiled beef is a type of food that has been cooked or processed using boiling water. The meat is usually served with vegetables such as cabbage and potatoes.

Tips & Variations

How to make original flavored fragrant boiled beef
1. Roughly remove the fascia of the beef tendon, wash it, cut it in half or cut it horizontally, put it in a pot with cold water, boil it for about 5 minutes, remove it, and rinse off the blood.
2. Prepare the spices. You can put what you want. The amount of each kind should not be too much. The boiled soup can be used to cook noodles and make soup. If you add too many spices, the soup will be bitter.
3. The spices are loaded into the material bag, or they can be placed directly in the pot, and the soup can be filtered out at the end.
4. Put the beef tendon and the seasoning bag into the casserole, add enough water to cover the beef, bring it to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly. This time I simmered for two hours. Different parts of beef have different stewing times. You can poke with chopsticks in the middle, and you can easily pierce the meat.
5. After cooking, if you are not in a hurry to eat it, you can soak it in the pot for three or four hours. After taking it out, let it cool completely and wait for the meat to be firm before cutting it.
6. Cook a bowl of noodles, pour in the beef broth seasoned with salt, put a few slices of beef, sprinkle with parsley and chopped green onion, and a bowl of fragrant beef noodles is good.
