For example, if you made the black bean with peppercorns, paprika, and garlic, and the sauce will combine the aroma of garlic, the spicy flavor of chili, and the special hemp flavor of peppercorns. Black bean sauce recipe
You’ll need:
100g fermented black beans
60g chili powder
30g garlic
15g Sichuan pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Light soy sauce
How to make black bean sauce
1. Wash fermented black beans and drain. Put them with garlic in a bowl and mash them with a masher.
2. Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the Sichuan pepper until fragrant. Remove the Sichuan pepper.
3. Add the black bean paste in the wok and cook them under low heat for a while. Add the chili powder.
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and the right amount of light soy sauce. Continue to cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire. Cool off completely and transfer to a glass container. Store it in a cool place and serve it according to your needs.
