beef dumplings Recipe
Today, I made dumplings stuffed with carrot and beef for the old man in the family. It’s super delicious and full of juice. It’s so fragrant!
Ingredients:
Carrot | 5 roots |
Beef fillings | 500 g |
Sesame oil | 3 tablespoons |
Green onion | 1 stage |
Minced ginger | 5g |
Oyster sauce | 5 tablespoons |
Cooking wine | 2 tablespoons |
Black pepper powder | 2 teaspoons |
Shallots | 1 |
Aniseed | 1 |
How to make beef dumplings
1. My recipe is for a whole family to eat. Generally, a family of three can halve it~ Wash the carrots.
2. Cut or shred the carrots.
3. There are elderly people at home, so I chopped it into pieces again, which is better to chew.
4. Meat filling ready.
5. Add green onion.
6. Add a little ginger.
7. Add oyster sauce, a little black pepper powder, pepper powder, sesame oil, cooking wine.
8. Mix well, marinate and taste.
9. Prepare to fry carrots, shallots and aniseed with oil.
10. The shallots are charred and ready to be taken out.
11. Stir in the carrots.
12. The purpose of frying is to make it not too sloppy, to make it soft, and to fry some of the water out, so as to prevent the filling from watering out for a while.
If the frying is too much, the water will evaporate too much. No juicy feeling.
13. After frying, put it into the beef stuffing. Stir it evenly. Everyone should check the saltiness according to the actual situation of your own home.
After all, the oyster sauce brand is different and the saltiness is also different.
14. After stirring evenly, it should feel sticky. Then we can pack it.
15. After the water boils, add dumplings. Generally speaking, three times of water can be taken out of the pot.
16. Take a bite, super juicy, fragrant.
